Re: Popping from Resmed 11
I had to replace the seal on the machine that seals the air going into the water reservoir. It's called a air outlet adapter and cost me $11.40 at Direct home medical online. It was really easy to change out and the noise stopped after I replaced it.

Re: Weight loss drug trial claiming to reduce Sleep Apnea. Hmmm?
I ve been on Lillys Mounjaro/Zepbound for 2 1/2 years. I still use my cpap. My weight went down 50lbs. Now I have loose skin on my face and neck. Maybe inside my neck too. I still snore and gasp without cpap.

Re: Does actual benefit matter in Medicare CPAP compliance?
On sleep Dr., mine fired me because I questioned him on my lack of improvement. This was 4 years ago. I still get my supplies through medicare. My GP wrote me a script for cpap machine and mask for 99 years. I got the form online at Cpap.com . We filled it in together. I make all my machine adjustme...

Re: FitLife Total Face CPAP/BiPAP Mask
I am currently using the Fitlife mask because of massive cancer removal and plastic surgery on my face. I bought the small Fitlife because I always wear a small mask. The mask sets at my eyebrows and just under my lower lip. I have to really tighten it down to prevent leaks and it pulsing when I bre...

It seems to be working for you. You are using the purple one, right? I can't sleep without mine. Good luck.

Re: Tongue Retainer compatible with CPAP?
The Airwavv for night I use is small and I find very comfortable. After you fit it to your teeth, it literally snaps onto them and holds well. There is a shelf that your tongue naturally rest on. It doesn't seal your tongue to the roof of your mouth but lifts it up and I find that's all I need to no...

Re: Tongue Retainer compatible with CPAP?
I use the Airwavv night time mouthpiece. (The purple one.) It fits snugly on my lower teeth and my tongue rest on it and that keeps it upward all night. It is a boil and bite and you must follow the directions exactly. I've used it for 7 months now and it always works for me.

Re: "First Drug Therapy for Sleep Apnea"
I've been on Mounjaro over a year now. My A1C is perfect, now and I lost 50 pounds but my apnea events have not changed at all. Still need my cpap.

Re: AirFit F40 Thoughts?
I've been using the F40 for a month now. For me, it's the best mask I've ever had.(And I have them all!) I sleep sorta on my side and stomach. My face is always smashed into my pillow. The F 40 lets me do this pain and leak free. My only complaint is the small/wide cushion only comes with standard h...

Airwaav
Hi all, I found a device that keeps my tongue on the roof of my mouth at night and I want to share my findings. It's an Airwaav Recovery mouthpiece for athletes. I am no athlete, but I discovered this by accident. It is a small mouthpiece you heat and shape to your lower teeth. After the 24 hour res...

I use gel pads on my nose with f20. It prevents the bump. Gecko is expensive but amazon has a pack of 5 cheap. Look under cpap supplies.

Re: Urgent Mask Leaking Help
I have drop jaw issues. The Airtouch F20, with the memory foam works for me. The foam makes it comfortable so I can tighten it enough to stop leaks. Just a suggestion.

Re: diagnosed with sleep apnea, need some advice
I told my doctors for 25 years, I am so tired after I sleep. Not one of them suggested sleep apnea. At the age of 60, my life fell apart when I was diagnosed with a damaged tricspid valve in my heart. My heart is enlarged and I am in heart failure. My left kidney is atrophied and my right is at stag...
