I guess if you buy out of pocket it’s a good time to stock up on the older version. For people with insurance that cover the cost of the machine, OSCAR support for the 11 and dreamstation 2 will take a while so they should wait if they really want the latest machine.

If the algorithm is the same as the 10 which was the same as the S9 then all your getting is cosmetic features.
