Re: Strange Chest Pain

Yeah, I have a REMstar. My max pressure is set on 15.5. I've had problems with air in my stomach and waking with memories of dreams, changing position (as if the mask isn't doing any good at all), but since getting out of the hospital, it's been pretty good. When the mask is fitted well, I usually w...

Strange Chest Pain

First, I'll stop you at the common sense reply: Yes, I AM going to the doctor about this asap! I have an appointment first thing in the a.m. However, I have a suspicion this is related to CPAP. I think I'm having a similar problem...

I have to use a full face mask because I refuse to have surgery to correct a deviated septum. Every morning I wake up and belch loudly as soon as I sit up. I can feel my stomach inflating with air I swallow.

Any adivce?

New Here

Hello, everyone. My name is Michael and I've been a Hypertension / Sleep Apnea sufferer for the past 5-6 years. I'm from Northwest Indiana. I'm currently using a REMstar CPAP with a humidifier and a full face mask (because I refuse to have surgery for my deviated septum - long story). Anyhoo... that...
