Airsense 10 humidifier tank
Probably a dumb question, but I have an Airsense 10 and was wondering if the humidifier tank needed to be cleaned daily if I only ever use distilled water. I read the daily cleaning is more to prevent scaling if using tap water? I'll clean it daily if I have to, I just hate the thought of emptying i...

Re: Full face to nasal pillow question
Appreciate all the reponses! Turns I had no trouble adjusting to nose breathing the first night. I use a body pillow and usually have it jammed up under my chin, so I think that helped with keeping my mouth shut

Full face to nasal pillow question
I’ve been using a Dreamwear full face mask since I started using a cpap a few months ago, but it’s starting to get uncomfortable with the warmer weather and my excessive sweating. Today I’m trying out the Respironics Dreamwear gel cushion. Anything I need to know for the switch? I’m primarily a mout...

Re: 100% new to OSCAR...some help?
Your AHI is at a good level and so is your mask leak. Your minimum pressure is set low. Is that OK for your comfort? Some people need a little higher pressure to avoid a starving-for-air feeling. Others do fine at a low setting. Do you feel like you are sleeping well? Are you energetic during the d...

100% new to OSCAR...some help?
Greetings all! I just downloaded OSCAR and had my first night's data on hand. I plan to take some time this weekend to read through the wiki and learn what I'm looking at, but for now, I may as well be trying to learn a new language lol. Can anyone take a look at this screenshot and let me know what...

Re: Newbie with hose and mask question
Welcome! There are no stupid questions. I just wish I had good answers to all of yours, but I hope others will chime in. You won’t need to change your settings as long as you are using one FFM in place of another. That much I know. Have you looked at hose stands (aka hose lifts)? They can help a lo...

Newbie with hose and mask question
Greetings! Brand new member here with a few questions that hopefully aren't too stupid. 1) I just started CPAP therapy a week ago with an Airsense 10 Autoset and a Resmed F30 full face mask. The machine came with a 6-foot Slimline hose, but I need some additional length, so I purchased a 22mm 10 foo...
