Wellue O2 ring does not export information to OSCAR. OSCAR imports data from Wellue. What is in OSCAR is controlled by the OSCAR team, not by Wellue programmers. Hello, I use the O2Ring and normally OSCAR shows a Pulse Change Index of between 7 to 10. I don't know what is normal or bad or good for this metric so can't comment on your value of 84. As far as I can tell from the OSCAR Preferences Oximetry tab, a Pulse Change event is when your heart rate changes by more than 5 beats per minute, for a duration of at least 8 seconds.
