Hello all, I just got my sleep study back and was diagnosed with mild Apnea. My sleep time analyzed was 401 minutes. In that time I had 34 Apneas. I had 66 Hypopneas. My Apenas were listed as 24 OBS Apenas and 10 Central (havent looked that up yet). Average Apnea duration 17 seconds, Average Hypopne...
