Thanks so much for your responses. I have tried to download Oscar and I'm getting this error message: "OSCAR.app” cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified, macOS cannot verify that this app is free from malware." Any ideas about how to get around this?

I have a Dreamstation CPAP set-up and have been good on my AHI numbers fo a long time. I am usually well below 5, mostly 1.0-3.0. For the last 4-5 days my AHI number is 6.5-8. I have changed the mask and tightened the straps, but it did not work. What should I do?
