Re: Need a Yesnew plan for BiPAP / CSA
Not that I recall...Like, with a scope or just a "stick out your tongue" looksie? Anything would have been minimum expectation. I remember them measuring my neck circumference, weight and height. I don't recall any mouth stuff though but its been a few years. What does this palate stuff point to ex...

Re: Need a Yesnew plan for BiPAP / CSA
Is an EENT the same as ENT? Not really, but that's what I meant. Bad habit I've needed to break for... well, a long time. Anyway, there looks to be more palate stuff in a DS SleepHQ. Did anybody look down your throat? That's Sleep/OSA Exam 101. Not that I recall...Like, with a scope or just a "stic...

Re: Need a new plan for BiPAP / CSA
Here are some charts pre-Resmed. Either SleepHQ is bugged or my data is but most of my imported charts for DS aren't displaying any data at all. These ones seem to be OK - https://sleephq.com/public/bc6a6522-0cbc-443a-b0bd-eb88f56a8d07 https://sleephq.com/public/72a105d2-87d3-49dd-8ed2-d4fc104b31bf ...

Re: Multitudes of mask problems.
Which mask are you currently using? You may need one that has a more secure fit, although sleeping on your stomach is going to make things trickier regardless.

Re: Curious letter from my friends at Philips
I finally got my replacement from my sleep clinic last week. After 2 years... I was expecting a DS2 but they gave me a refurbished DS1.

Re: Hah?
I'm still miffed that the sleep clinic recommended and sold me a DreamStation over a Resmed when I had asked about which is better in 2019. I think their margins are higher on DreamStations. Other than the foam thing, what's the problem with Respironics? FLEX is worse than EPR  Going back to t...

Re: Need a new plan for BiPAP / CSA
As your "Changes to Device Settings" is cropped, do you have any data with like straight 5.0 - 7.0 w/o pressure support? What do the settings look like prior to February 5? Sorry, missed this. The last couple of months with the Nightmare station I went hard on high pressures (up to 13) to try and s...

My Level 3 Sleep results Rubicon, Palerider - I'll PM you links to download the PDF file OK thanks, very helpful. Your next task is to contact Hanly and/or DSR and get a hold of the raw data and sleep analysis software. May need to contact Sagatech (https://www.sagatech.ca/promo/index.php?func=page...

Re: Need a Yesnew plan for BiPAP / CSA
5 things: 1. So far, there is no evidence that you even have OSA in any form. 5. There are more than likely more unknowns (a sleep history is about 7 pages long) including (and please don't take this personally) possibly "untruths". For example, a third of your age group abuse drugs, meth is highly...

Re: Need a new plan for BiPAP / CSA
Quick update, I'm out and about at the moment but I have the level 3 sleep study (the at-home test) from a few years ago. I'll PM that to you palerider and rubicon later this evening.
Also got 6 hours of sleep with my machine last night, will upload that to SleepHQ as well when I get back.

In this screenshot you posted earlier what is the event that kicks off the waxing and waning? It just looks like a mess of random breathing.

Re: Need a new plan for BiPAP / CSA
If my sleep issues are causing my concentration / ADHD symptoms that would be a blessing. I'd much rather tackle the root cause with PAP therapy then have to take amphetamine for the rest of my life to cope. I think we need to see what you look like w/o CPAP. Hopefully the PSG will shed some light....

Re: Need a new plan for BiPAP / CSA
Anyway I appreciate you all looking through pages of my data! Rubicon I owe you some beers after all this  Our province has been on fire (Alberta wildfires!) this week and my sinuses are royally messed up from all the smoke. I wasn't able to sleep with the Resmed the last two nights at all so n...
