finally got access to my OSCAR data..... things I noticed.....Clear Airway apnea skyrockets overnight in August, one week after moving to altitude..from 2/hour to 20/hour....interesting that there was a week of under 4/hour at altitude before it elevated suddenly. Couple of things I could think of.....

day 3 with new hose...5 hours: 1.4 total AHI/hr...1 central/hr so getting best numbers I've ever gotten....less groggy/no headache....still a bit brain fogged but maybe that will clear with time or is a thyroid issue I need to address but really encouraged that it appears it was a small leak/bad sea...

yeah I'm on a mac book air, so no built-in reader. Looking deeper into my Central AHI reports, they certainly do seem to jump up exactly when I moved to altitude. My 90 day central AHI average is 15 and total AHI is only 16.8...so it looks like my weight loss has maybe helped my obstructive numbers ...

I don't remember waking up, seemed to sleep all the way through the chart I posted. I did have a little 30 min sleep session with no ahi an hour before this chart but I left it off. This happens often and it's frustrating that that's the sharpest i feel all day. I wake up feeling ok and thing great!...
