I had horrible insomnia by the time I first started PAP therapy, especially with sleep-onset. Even with medication at first I was not able to adjust. I ended up doing a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) program with a therapist at a sleep clinic and it worked wonders. It still was a ...
