Re: Airfit P10 Mask - Causing Skin Pigmentation Issues??

Although Pugsy suspects ShepherdKai might be R34chase95, I think it unlikely. I think it is VERY likely they are the same person. Exact same post for one thing (the "looking bad" post)...and the other thing is the same IP address is being used by both. Now there could be any number of reasons for t...

2. Where in the CP can I direct responses to my email?
The responses aren't sent to you.

Re: Airfit P10 Mask - Causing Skin Pigmentation Issues??

The OP is a possible troll. The original question is from 2020. How do you know it's the same person? The original poster on that thread was registered in 2018. This latest one was registered this week. Skin darkening is not as common with fair-complected persons as with those blessed by the melani...

Thanks for the replies, I will leave it plugged in. :D
Consider using a power strip with surge protection and use the switch to fully turn it off.

It is more environmentally friendly and reduces fire risk.

Search "vampire draw".

Re: NozeSeal

AND, I’m a newbie and am still searching for my true-love mask. I had no idea there are such a variety of options. I do have a Bleep system but so far it’s just a bad boyfriend; it’s ok but I don’t think I can stay with it. It's a bit pricy... like the high maintenance SO in my past :) The nozeseal...

Re: NozeSeal

Looks easy enough to DIY. A small plastic strip with 2 slits for the cushions plus 3M Micropore tape to attach the rig to your face. Say a foot of tape per day. 10 yards per roll. 1 roll per month. $10 per box for 12 rolls. Vs $432 per year for this custom tape. I think I saved you 80% the cost of a...

Re: Lots of Odd Brand CPAPs in Australia

interesting! and it looks like you (well, not YOU) are getting screwed on mask prices, to boot. if one buys from these folk. the p10 is a wee bit pricey. Yup. The basic rule-of-thumb is whatever the US price is, double it and you'll get the Australian price. For example, if a car in the US is, say,...

If straps keep hurting your face in the future, you might look at the TapPap or the bleep/dreamports system. They are both strapless. http://www.cpaptalk.com/viewtopic/t174784/Looking-for-info-on-the-tap-pap.html https://www.cpap.com/productpage/tap-pap-nasal-pillow-cpap-mask-improved http://www.cpa...

Yes, I did that, and a number of other tests which led me to believe the sound was coming directly from the motor. I've ordered a replacement.
May I know from where the motor was ordered?

Re: Molding silicone masks

There is a related thread regarding the problem possibly being solvable with different frame/cushion size. http://www.cpaptalk.com/viewtopic/t175483/Philips-Respironics-DreamWear-Nasal-CPAP-Mask-Liners.html But I don't think you'll be able to reshape silicone with heat. Some bakeware are made from s...

Think pink slime search Serratia marcescens http://antimicrobe.org/b26.asp From wikipedia S. marcescens is commonly found growing in bathrooms (especially on tile grout, shower corners, toilet water lines, and basins), where it manifests as a pink, pink-orange, or orange discoloration and slimy fil...
