Good news. I was able to vulture a cancelled appointment and brought home a Resmed ApneaLink Air for a home sleep test this evening.

Seems pretty straight forward, but if anyone has any tips, holler.

Keep us updated, Laura. I've also been told I'll have to wait 8 weeks to get a sleep study and am considering paying out of pocket to get one sooner.

I would definitely show your doctor the results you had. The number of O2 drops in the course of the night you're having would seem to lend good argument to being apnea related.
