Thank you for responding. My minimum setting is 6 and I've tried every setting on/off humidifier to no avail for sinus issues.

I thought with the resmed auto setting the pressure, it wasn't important what the pressure setting are.

I've been using Resmed 10 with P30i nasal mask for circa six months. Been getting headaches that last all day. Have tried every humidifier setting all to no avail.
