Opposite for me, prior to pap, I didn't have any dreams. Once on pap therapy, dreams seem forever, not complaining, just sharing

I have no idea, only can share my heart rate stays at a study pace between 62-65 during sleep. If you have any concerns, best to contact primary, cardiology or sleep clinic, sorry couldn't be more help.

Thanks friend, over the years my sinus disorder has been maintained, many trips to allergist, ENT, etc.... What has worked for me is saline and lots of water.

Never heard of such a thing. Ain't no way in hell am I going to tape my mouth shut if I can't breathe through my nose comfortably. But then there is a short supply of plain old common sense out there and people touting all sorts of stuff but that doesn't make it true and sure doesn't make it a good...

I read a few articles pertaining to mouth breathing worsens sinus congestion. Solution is to mouth tape or glue. Don't know if info is fact or product selling.
