In the beginning I had the same exact problem, FFM resolved. Nasal rinse, saline nasal spray works a charm for me. Wish you well.
Thanks, but what you mean by FFM?

Opposite for me, prior to pap, I didn't have any dreams. Once on pap therapy, dreams seem forever, not complaining, just sharing

Re: Cheap battery UPS backup for power outages?

When power goes out in my sector, across the street power is always on, street lamp illuminating away, so frusturating. I may purchase several, 100' extension cords, plug into my neighbor outside socket across the street. It's Friday, I'm being silly :D

Re: Sinus mouth breathing and mouth tape

Never heard of such a thing. Ain't no way in hell am I going to tape my mouth shut if I can't breathe through my nose comfortably. But then there is a short supply of plain old common sense out there and people touting all sorts of stuff but that doesn't make it true and sure doesn't make it a good...

In the past, veterans were not allowed to access sleep data, make pap changes, etc.... veterans had to take machine ...

Re: Is PAP Therapy Helping You Sleep Better Or Do You Just Have A Hunch?

Yes absolutely, therapy has helped me sleep tremendously better over the years. I rely on my bipap info more then Fitbit, both provide different info. How do you get details for your different stages of your sleep from your "BiPAP" machine? Please explain or maybe post some data as well. Thanks. I ...

Re: Is PAP Therapy Helping You Sleep Better Or Do You Just Have A Hunch?

Gear Change's avatar takes me back to the good old days. I was riding my Honda 50 step-through to work, dressed in my waitress uniform, a ridiculous black taffeta pinafore over a white blouse. The bullfrog had fine-tuned my bike beyond specs; and to my surprise, I popped a high wheelie all the way ...

Re: Is PAP Therapy Helping You Sleep Better Or Do You Just Have A Hunch?

was wondering, how come you didn't turn off sleep mode, before taking the dog out ? Didn't think of it and doesn't really matter anyway. I would much rather know about accuracy anyway. Besides...when my dog needs to go pee at 4 am....I don't have much time to think about anything but getting up and...
