Re: what's your thoughts??

I am wondering if the higher AHI nights that correlate with feeling like crap or more from poor sleep quality itself and not necessarily the flagged events. Especially since you seem to have a higher number of CAs/centrals flagged. Those flagged events might be more of a symptom of poor sleep than ...

Re: what's your thoughts??

How did you sleep last night? How do you feel today? If you slept well, feel good and no aerophagia...I would leave well enough alone and keep these settings and not worry about increasing the minimum. What position did you start out the night in? I am wondering if the time with the increases are m...

Please enter your symptoms at https://fixmyfog.com and see what conditions it comes back with. It's a great resource for people struggling with brain fog/fatigue etc.

Re: A CRY FOR HELP, Is this only sleep apnea

Hi, you still have a heck of a lot of Obstructions from what I can see on your chart. I'm sure the other guys will recommend upping your minimum pressure until those begin to disappear. Finding that sweet spot between getting rid of those and not having too much aerophagia is where you'll want to a...

Re: A CRY FOR HELP, Is this only sleep apnea

How would you feel about raising your minimum to 8.8? I'm going to guess that little flurry of CAs at the end of the night were transitional and so not much of a red flag. The higher minimum might continue to help you have fewer obstructive events. I'd also suggest raising your minimum during ramp ...

Re: A CRY FOR HELP, Is this only sleep apnea

First, I am not a doctor or medically trained in any way or manner. This is simply my opinion. You have quite a bit of symptoms going on, but honestly, I am really curious to how you will start feeling once you get your PAP settings dialed in and have good sleep for several weeks/months straight. I...
