Upgraded from 1.3.1 and now all records since my device changed three years ago have disappeared/are missing from the profile. The content is still there under OSCAR_Data\Profiles\[profile name] but it doesn't show in the GUI. The multiple devices do show under Data / Rebuild CPAP Data but that acti...

What do we think the recall remediation will be? Repair? Replacement with different or newer model? If replaced with a new device, will it include a humidifier (I understand that in models where there is a modular humidifier, it is not directly part of the recall.)
