New sleep study
New at home sleep study came back with a score of 3.0. I think I comfortable with this score as CPAP with pressure set at 4 all night keeps my overall AHI score at .05-1.6 Guess I'll give it a try without cpap for a week to see if I feel any different. Won't lie I slept alot better prior to cpap. Wa...

Re: Oscar data
This is great thanks guys for looking over all this data. I will take your advice and raise minium up to 7 and max to 15 and give that a shot.

Re: Oscar data
Flow limits on this one. Only thing that gets me is with 15 max pressure, pretty much anything over 8 starts decreasing quality of sleep.
Once again sorry for the double thread should I delete the other thread?

Re: Prescribed pressure
Sleep study was done in home. Actually sleep Doc is having me do another study with a "new" sleep device. From my understanding it doesn't attach to your nose it monitors through chest and finger??? Could be wrong on that:)

Prescribed pressure
Sleep Doc prescribed 5/15 for my mild sleep apnea (12 sleep study score). Problem is when I set machine to 5/15 all my #'s get worse and my quality of sleep suffers. 5/8 pressure seems to be my sweet spot. Lower #s and quality of sleep improves close to pre cpap days. Pre sleep CPAP never felt tired...
