Re: Mouth breathing going away with CPAP?
I see no reason to have to use a full face mask at this time and probably no reason to tape either. Unless you start seeing large blocks of grayed out Large leak flags...the machine can handle the leaks. Large leak territory on your machine at your pressures with your mask...probably up around 80 L...

No zooming to start with. Just the overall detailed page and if we want something zoomed in on we will request. As for snores...I don't know how critical they are because I can't really see the events graphs well but you might read this. http://www.cpaptalk.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=155478&p=1182858&...

I ask as I am doing an experiment of one. I've been using the Dreamwear nasal mask ( which I really like vs a full DW mask ) a...

Re: Oscar Tutorial
I woke up and had coffee and then fell back asleep for 4 hrs - no CPAP - just passed out on couch as I was so exhausted. I hope that helps. Thank you - if I am doing anything incorrectly, please let me know.

Oscar Tutorial
Is there a tutorial anywhere that really explains Oscar readings? Or You Tube videos anyone can recommend. I keep trying to make sense of it but am lost. About me....I've always snored and been a toss and turner person in bed. AS a RN, I always suspected I had OSA. In the past few years it got worse...

Re: Rem Sleep Disorder
My husband was acting out in sleep and he did a sleep study as I woke up with him punching me. He was devastated as that was so out of character for him. I thought it was OSA and even as a RN, I did not know about RBD. Sleep medicine is not something that I have dealt with in my 40 yr career and it ...
