Re: Should I set a higher pressure? Apap + nosepillow.
Thanks for your thoughts!! I posted a zoomed out chart in the last post, or did I miss something in that one? Attaching a zoomed in view of my typical CA:s, to brainfogged to try to interpret. What do you think about them? About my nose. Before I started using decongestant spray I tried everything e...

Should I set a higher pressure? Apap + nosepillow.
Hi! When looking at my flow rate and flow limit in Oscar, my analysis is that it could be a good idea upping my ipap a bit to see if that would lower my flow limit. My flow limits are from what I have read a bit high, and as I'm still fatigued with brain fog 1,5 yrs in to pap treatment I figure it's...

Re: Resmed n30i Quiet air.
I actually have cleaned it thoroughly every day, but regardless the filter has gotten more dirty and the feeling of not being able to breath good has gotten more pronounced, followed by decline in my SA-symptoms. Can be that the filter gets too damp and that's whats causing the expiration not being ...

Resmed n30i Quiet air.
Hi! Just want to bring up a possible issue with the new Resmed n30i Quiet Air nose cushion. Are you using the new n30i with Quiet Air? (It has a tiny filter in the front), and feel that your SA-symptoms have reemerged? If yes, try to switch mask for a week. I read in many forums and om FB that some ...

Hi! Are you using the new n30i, with Quiet Air? (It has a tiny filter in the front.) If yes, try to switch mask for a week. I read in many forums and om FB that there are som people, including me, have gotten worse in their SA symptoms when using this. Probably due to your expiration air not being f...

Sinus and eyepain - any ideas?
Hi! I’ve been using my apap for 9 months now. Started vid nose pillow mask but got som much pain in my eyes and sinuses, and felt totally run over the following mornin, so I had to switch to a full face mask. Think I’ve tried them all but finally I found a match in the F30i - fits like a glove. But,...

Re: Newbie would like to hear success stories, please.
Howdy all. On again, off again lurker here. So here’s my success story. When I was first diagnosed with sleep apnea, no one told me what I was dealing with. My primary doctor had referred me for a test. The sleep center called me. The person who did the test was like “Yep, you have it.” They called...

Re: Oscar and thought on settings.
Yes, entirely possible. I was just ruling out awake breathing as in laying in bed trying to get back to sleep. You need more pressure. Looks like it pegs out at your max and pretty much stays there. Lots of Flow Limitations as well as hyponeas...when we see that we know more pressure is needed. The...

Re: Oscar and thought on settings.
Were you actually asleep from 05:20 to the time you turned the machine off shortly after 9:20 or so? You can make your graphs easier to read by turning off a shorter sleep session so it gets removed from the reporting. Scroll down below the statistics to where the sleep sessions are listed and turn...

Re: Oscar and thought on settings.
People something sleep within segments during the 24 hour reporting period and that makes for big gaps in the graphs which make it really hard to evaluate things. You can turn off the know awake sessions and leave them off. If you have a couple of sessions and you were asleep you can alternate turn...
