Questions re Sweating Starts at same time of day
I’m 38, 6’0 170 reasonable health I have OSA and I’ve been trying to figure out the cause of my daily sweats. Typically they start like clockwork around 8pm. Neck, and face primarily. This lasts into the night and stops by morning. I never sweat until 8pm again. It’s maddening but interesting. I’m c...

Same boat.
Suggestion: Get your WBC CBC differential done by your primary care physician or hematologist. If that doesn’t yield anything try an endocrinologist to look at PTH and related parathyroid and thyroid levels.

I’ll take that to heart and be more methodical: it’s hard even for a mathematician to be disciplined with data when feeling so crappy.
Is there a particular change you would suggest making and watching for a week or so?

Re: AHI of 5, still fatigued and not dreaming, apnea? or other problem?
I'll do that thanks. So here is some more data. One night has a very low pressure and low AHI, another night higher pressure and higher AHI. I'm having trouble finding correlations here. Any analysis or suggestions on making the analysis would be much appreciated. Cpap12172020.png CpapLowAHI12152020...

Re: AHI of 4, still fatigued and not dreaming, apnea? or other problem?
Notes: 1. My husband can confirm I was not snoring so I'm not sure why its showing that suddenly. 2a. Note I have experimented with Flex settings A/C. (see settings changes in one of the attached images) 2b. I also increased minimum pressure and maximum pressure. (again see settings changes) 3. I fe...

AHI of 5, still fatigued and not dreaming, apnea? or other problem?
Three months ago I was diagnosed with severe apnea and given an APAP. This was discovered because of terrible daytime fatigue and sleepiness and diagnosed in a lab. One of the things I noticed when my fatigue first started was a lack of dreaming (I used to often remember my dreams) and a lack of res...

Here is results with new Nasal Pillows mask. I remember no leaks of any kind. Woke up with no leaks. Not sure why those leaks were showing early on. NOTE: I WAS AWAKE UNTIL 3.

Re: 2 months on APAP: hitting a wall at 4pm : barely functioning. OSCAR images inside
Note: I did experiment with nasal mask, which could explain some leak as opposed to around the mouth usage. Higher min pressure used. I'm mainly surprised at the higher ahi around non-leak periods.

I've upped it to 5.5 from 4 which corresponded to a decrease in performance. So I'm hesitant to keep going since it should A-uto adjust.

request best practice for submission of OSCAR data for review
I'm in my 30s and have a Respironics Dreamstation Autopap Unfortunately I'm having trouble with improvement in exhaustion and my AHI has, on average, increased since getting my machine. What is the best way to submit data from OSCAR for review by the community? I'd like to make it as easy as possibl...
