You mean a mask doesn’t touch your lower jaw, like a pillow mask and a nasal mask. So don’t use a full face mask. I have all 3 mask. I like using the nasal mask the most.

Sorry Pugsy. ok I will not look at numbers instead I will try go to sleep and not worry about numbers, I think my number is normal, 6 nights using Cpap machine I am averaging 2 to 4.5 AHI a night

What is Clear Airway means does it mean Central Sleep Apnea , If so should I used Asv Machine better then using Cpap Machine for Clear airway or Sleep Apnea.
