Thank you for the quick reply. I forgot to mention that I do have central apnea and a pretty bad case at that. I was one of the worst the sleep tech had ever seen. It is being managed well by the VAuto and my AHI is typically 1 or less. It sounds like the ST is our but any advantage of using the ASV?
