1 month and waking up
I'm wondering if anyone can give me some insight on what might be going on and what I can do. I'm new at this but have had success. Just when I started sleeping most of the night things changed. I'm waking up multiple times at night which then triggers a bathroom visit. I'm wondering if I'm being wo...

Oscar chart and sleep question
I'm trying to understand the OSCAR chart. Last night I felt as though I didn't sleep at all...........I had the same feeling at my sleep study but they said I had. My OSCAR shows no events which would be great but I don't know if I really slept or not. Does OSCAR show that and if so where would I se...

Re: Newbie and mask frustrations
After reading and taking some advice from here I've finally had a successful night! I turned my EPR on set it for 3 per what I read. Used a larger nasal pillow and lanisoh. I was able to go for 6 hours and my OSCAR chart looks good!! Thanks everyone.

Re: airfit p10-which size pillow?
Thanks for your help, Pugsy. I switched to the medium size pillows and had much better success. In fact overall I had a much better night after reading here and setting EPR on and setting it at level 3. My OSCAR chart looks better and I was able to wear my mask for 6 hours. I feel as though I'm star...

airfit p10-which size pillow?
Can someone tell me how I decide which size pillow is the right one for me? Last night I had a rough night with my mask. I've been looking at videos and other info online to figure out how I know I'm using the right pillow. Are they supposed to fit up against your nasal opening or go into the nose? ...

Re: Newbie and mask frustrations
Thanks you for your ideas!! I'm really green as far as OSCAR is concerned. I have read some help stuff and watched some videos but I really don't feel I understand it. I know it will be important info when it makes sense to me. I included it in my post as I thought it might help someone see somethin...

Re: Newbie and mask frustrations
I'm assuming you are saying that will help with the lines? My biggest concern is the leaks and waking because of it. Will padding help with that? I wondered if the straps were pulled to tight and affecting leaks.

Newbie and mask frustrations
oscar screenshot.png I have been on cpap for a whole week! What I'm finding difficult is dealing with the mask. I was fitted by a respiratory therapist who gave me the N20 nasal mask. I don't mind it except for the leaks I feel in the middle of the night. They actually wake me up as I feel air comi...
