Does anyone here own and use the new BMC apap unit imported from China? If so what do you think of it? The reason I ask is that I need a second unit to take with me on a long vacation overseas. I don't want to take my expensive F&P apap unit for fearing of breaking it or having it stolen. Any sugges...

The micro nose-insertable fan units do provide positive pressure but it is very low and not strong enough to counter heavy apnoea stoppages. The nose rings and mouth guards do work but only for snoring...they can't help with the deep breathing stoppages.
