Re: AirSense 10 "mooing" problem

may i suggest buying a gently used machine from forum member, lsat? send him a private message; he often has machines for sale. then you could use the used machine while the main unit is being repaired. while i haven't bought a machine from lsat, he's reputable and i haven't heard any complaints fro...

F30 Mask Cushion

I cleaned my mask a couple of weeks ago and it started leaking really bad. I was really busy so I just grabbed my spare F20 mask and went on. Today I started checking out what was wrong with the F30 mask and the cushion is blowing off the hard plastic part when pressure gets higher when I run a mask...

Re: Oscar data help

Thank you very much Pugsy for the guidance and helping me to understand a little of the wealth of information on the Oscar. I will adjust the minimum up to 8 and the max to 20,and epr to 3. Hopefully that will even things out some. Thanks again!

Re: Oscar data help

Thank you Pugsy for taking time to look over my graphs! It very well could be me rolling onto my back. That's something that I would never figure out from the Oscar information. There have been a few times I have been awakened by air blowing on my cheeks from my leaking mask. When that has happened my...

Re: Oscar data help

I forgot to say that most mornings I'm waking up feeling more awake, not as groggy. Still having a fade in some afternoons, like I could fall asleep standing up almost. But overall I think it's helping me.

Re: Oscar data help

Thanks Pugsy, sorry I shrunk things too much.I just figured if I crammed as much information as I could on there it would be better. My AHI has kind of been all over the place, I don't know if that's normal. I'll post a overview and another night that seems in the middle. I'm really not sure what I'...

Oscar data help

Hello, I posted here awhile back and got some help getting my cpap machine and getting myself started. I have tried to educate myself on the Oscar software and what it all means.I still don't know exactly what I'm looking at or for? It seems from what I've read that a AHI under 5 is really nothing t...

Re: Looking for some guidance

Thanks to LSAT here on the forum, I now have a Resmed 10 Airsense Auto. The 1st night I didn't get a lot of sleep with a unfamiliar thing blowing air strapped down on my face. The 2nd night went better. I would like to post my Oscar results and see if some of the very knowledgeable experts here could...

Thanks chicagogranny, from my research it seems Resmed is the most recommended for sure. I will look at the models that you recommended.

Looking for some guidance

Hello good people, I’m hoping that maybe you can give me some advice on which to choose. A cpap or a bi-level machine. My backstory is that about 7 or 8 years ago my oncologist sent me in for a sleep study because of high CO levels in my blood, I think. My wife thought it was a good idea since she h...
