Ok I understand now. I should receive the complete structure tomorrow, I asked to zip the entire card and to not omit/remove anything ! + the exact reference of the machine.

Do you know if Oscar is compatible with all the resmed machines currently on the market ?

Wow thank you for your fast answers ! Maybe this could be a workaround. Buy a blank SD card and just transfer the files to it exactly as they would have been on the original SD card. Then it may work because OSCAR would then see a card! Not sure but it's the best I've got not knowing the inner worki...
