I have started taking Vit D supplements again. It was 29 in my last blood work. Also, I am driving a lot since last 1 week so night time sleep is usually good (no wakeups).
I will try exercise after the naps.

I just heard the Philips recall news. I am currently using Dreamstation Apap. I have issues with Aerophagia while using the machine so thinking about Bipap. Can you guys suggest which resmed machine should I buy?
