Have you ever been on cpap/apap/bilevel therapy before or is this something totally new to you? It's impossible to give any sort of guide without knowing more information. Like past history of sleep studies or not...in lab or not? Was a sleep study ever done using cpap to figure out pressure needs?...

Some of the forums have thousands of threads and I just want someone to pin point the right direction / right to guideline.
