Ignore the PB flagged stuff. No where near even remotely being CSR. Looks like you barely made the 2 minute minimum duration anyway. Even if it was real CSR not nearly long enough to be a problem. Nothing to worry about. Periodic Breathing is just a little waxing and waning of the air flow. We don't worry about it unless it's chocked full of central apneas and has a much different pattern than yours. Cheyne Stokes Respiration is a form of periodic breathing but not the only form of PB. James, I realize you didn't ask about this, but .... Your AHI is somewhat on the high side for someone using PAP treatment. You might want to consider inching up your minimum pressure, going to 10 at first, staying with that for at least a few days, then 10.5, and so on, until you see your AHI stay...
