Re: Help with mask selection (see picture)
I use the Airfit 420 and only wash once a week. Daily I wipe down with non-alcohol wipes(cut in 8's) I also found using a different pillow helped with the side leaks. My preferred pillow at the moment is the one from the Purple Mattress company. Firm but gives with the mask rather than shifting the ...

Re: Leaks, yes they are horrid
When you switch between nasal, pillow and full masks. Make sure your machine settings are changed to the type of mask you are using. That might be some of your leaks. I liked the PICO and loved the Brevida but I have mouth breathing issues. I switch between the f20 and the f30 due to one I can wear ...

Are you referring to the order in which the indexes are shown in the left sidebar on the Daily page?
Yes I am if that helps to clear up understanding my question.

Re: Oscar data question
I love lists and spreadsheets. There is magic and calmness in the details. If you feel I have a problem with them then that is your problem. I am tracking the differences in what makes up my AHI to see if there is a trend I can deal with. This is more a programming issue as to how it generates the l...

Re: Weird leaking issue with F30 elbow valve after washing
Had the same happen last month.
Usually I just rinse the elbow but I put it in the water for a good clean.
To me is appears that the "filter" inside the elbow takes a really long while to dry. It also seems to have some dark flecks in it.
I had a spare so no sleeping problems.

Re: Persistent Mask Leak - Please Help!
I switch between a F20 and F30 depending on how I feel.
I have found the pillow from the purple mattress company gives me the firmness I like with the softness to allow the mask not to be pushed around.
Still wake some in the night but getting better sleep.

Oscar data question
I have created a spreadsheet to compare my daily Oscar information.
My question is why does Unclassified Apnea and Obstructive switch places every few days.

My Resmed Autoset 10 for her has a default that shows the information as 1 month in the sleep report..
This happens anytime it has been unplugged.
I change the setting to 1 day to see the daily numbers.

Re: First Time Poster with HEADACHE
My suggestion is to drink more water. The HBP medications can be some of the cause. I also take HBP, blood thinner, betablocker, water pill. All cause a headache with change of dosage or just from not drinking enough. Hopefully someone can help you with your machine data as well.

Can I switch elbows f20 and f30
I am using an F30 which I like due to the quiet front exhaust but I have leaks up to my eyes.
I am thinking of trying the F20 but it does not look like it has the same covered front exhaust.
Can I switch that part between the two masks? Would f20 help avoid eye drafts?

Re: What should I change first?
For those interested. I have stayed with the same cushion that I have used for a month now. I have do a mask fit test a couple of times and now have my leaks below 5 with my event numbers low as well and the flow limit is staying low too. I chat with my Sleep docotor at the end of the month re my sl...

Re: What should I change first?
Another week update.
On the normal Autoset my flow numbers are lower and I am sleeping through the high pressures.
Last night DH was annoyed with noise and woke me enough to do a reset. So I am going to try new cushion for less leaks.
