You can still breathe through your nose even with the full face mask if you want to. Nothing stopping you. You don't just HAVE to only breathe through your mouth. Switched from a nose mask to a full mask
I just switched from a nose mask to a full mask. My question is the transition hard? I’m used to just using the CPAP breathing through my nose. Now I’ll be using it breathing through my mouth. Will the transition be a little hard at first? Will it take some getting used to?

Hello, I’ve been using a CPAP for years now. Recently I’ve been having trouble sleeping. Come to find out, I have nasal polyps that restrict the air flow in my nose.
