Update -- been gradually bumping up the pressure, im on a new 3rd mask (nose pillow) as of last night. I dont know why I still wake up tired everyday, and I dont know what my ideal pressure is because my 2nd night the titration study failed.

Thank you to whoever suggested the 8 pressure setting. AHI consistently around 1 with 8 pressure.

I've noticed I have less "brain fog", but I still wake up tired as shit like I got hit by a train in the morning. Im wondering if anyone else has insight.

Update: I switched to the mask I couldn't make fit in my signature and actually got it to fit. The air is more restricted than the nasal pillow, and thats when I realized the pressure did feel low. I see, gotchya. I think the 1 - 3 AHI shows me at least that range is possible. I'd like to get that 3 and less consistently. I haven't really reduced the brain fog too much yet, I still regularly wake up feeling tired but I look forward to feeling what everyone else talks about.

Update: Decided not to wait, bumped min pressure to 7 and my AHI last night was a 3! I feel really crappy this morning because I slept from 4AM to 12PM and had bathroom interuptions (Quesadilla from last night had to go), but im super happy the AHI is down to a 3
