I followed their instructions to a T with no luck whatsoever. I did send them a detailed email that described the difficulty of uploading the data...

It’s been a waste of time for me so far. I spent 3 hours trying to upload data from the SD card on an iPad Pro with no luck. I’ll try it again later but it’s been frustrating.
