Okay Iv been sleeping much better lately. My AHI is ranging between 10-15 each night now. Here is the screenshot from last night. Should I maybe increase the minimum to 17? I dont know how I can get it any lower, Iv tried everything.

Everytime I change my pressure the company I bought it from changes it themselves the next day after seeing the reports.

I had it at min 13 and max 20 and they changed it to minimum 8 again.

Okay so I have been doing lots of trial and error. I moved the max pressure back to 20 and did mask fits to ensure its sealed properly before going to sleep.

Very different results. The AHI has come down a lot. But I woke up feeling tired.

I changed back to the AirFit silicon mask.
I increased EPR to 2

I used a soft cervical collar

but seems like my AHI almost doubled???

Thanks. I just changed it to maximum of 20 and minimum of 10 with EPR turned off. I will report how it goes tonight.
