Re: Evora full
I have been using the Evora full on and off for the past month and really like it. I would say it is my favorite FFM that I have tried and I have several. I sleep on my back and sides, and the venting doesn’t seem to bother me. My go to mask is the P10 and I must use both a chin strap and tape my mo...

Re: My Philips Dreamstation broke following a power outage this morning. Need help.
So I found a Reddit post from someone that experienced a similar issue with a Dreamstation. Unfortunately there was no solution noted. The individual noted that the humidification settings just disappeared. https://www.reddit.com/r/CPAP/comments/e22psc/cpap_missing_humidifier_settings/ I can tell yo...

Re: My Philips Dreamstation broke following a power outage this morning. Need help.
I am miffed, humidification settings should be showing up in your menus. When you press the power button and start therapy on the LCD to the right of the pressure you should see 3 wavy lines and a number from 0 to 5, the number indicates your humidification level with 0 being off. If that shows up i...

Re: My Philips Dreamstation broke following a power outage this morning. Need help.
That is strange that there are no humidification settings at all. Even if I remove the humidifier from my base unit, the settings still appear in the menu. I have a Dreamstation Auto CPAP (DSX500H11C), maybe you have a different model? There should be a manufacturers tag under the CPAP that states t...

Re: My Philips Dreamstation broke following a power outage this morning. Need help.
For humidifier settings in the clinician menu select “comfort”, then the first two squares on the top row with wavy lines are the humidification settings. First square sets adaptive, or fixed humidification, the second square selects the level of humidification (0 – 5). If your humidifier still won’...

Re: Intelligent Sleep Aid Machine?
Likely because Amazon restricts sale of medical items regulated by the FDA (CPAP). A seller must be registered in their Professional Health Care Program (PHC) to sell Rx medical devices which would obviously require a script. The way around that is not call the device a CPAP. I noticed a few differe...

Re: Resmed mini help
You just need an AirMini hose, an Airfit F20 & F30 Connector Elbow for AirMini to use your existing F20 mask with the AirMini. If you want humidification, the Airmini HumidX F20 HME Humidifier Filters for Airfit & Airtouch F20 Masks snap into the F20 mask. Just note that they are a bit pricey and ar...

Re: Series 6 Apple Watch O2 Sensor
In order to view the separate 02 readings from the IWatch, go to your IPhone and open the Apple Health App, under "Summary" select "Show all Health Data", scroll to "Blood Oxygen", then scroll to bottom and select "Show all Data" this will bring up all recorded data to include date/time of readings ...

Re: Apria Health
I recently purchased a CPAP and some supplies through CPAP.com and filed a claim through my insurance. My insurance company ( a very large National company) made it as difficult as hell. First of all, they buried their claim form on their website so deep that I had to call them to find it. Basically...

Re: Question on Resmed Airfit P30i
I use the P10 and got the Airfit P30i a few weeks ago. I love the P10, although the non-swivel tube bothers me from time to time. P30i is also very good, comfortable and I like the head swivel fitting. for me the P10 is still my #1 choice through. If you buy the Airfit N30 headband it fits the P10 a...

Re: Series 6 Apple Watch O2 Sensor
I have a Series 6 with the pulse ox. Accuracy seems consistent with my Wellue/Viatom 02 Ring. The main issue is the 02 sensor on the Apple watch doesn't take your reading constantly, only about once every 30 to 90 minutes and doesn't provide an alert if you fall below a certain value.

Re: Anyone have a Hurricane Dryer??
For the same reasons that one *believes* one's CPAP hose needs cleaning and drying, so too would there be a need to thoroughly clean the internal components of the Hurricane dryer. So, if you are not cleaning the Hurricane thoroughly including internal components, blower and air-pathway then every ...

Re: Anyone have a Hurricane Dryer??
Newbe here. Just getting back into being a CPAP user after giving it up in 2016 after losing significant weight and not thinking I needed it any longer. A recent sleep study indicated that I still have obstructive sleep apnea, so here I am. I used to own a Soclean, but didn't want to go down that ro...
