See that red line at 24 L/min on the leak graph? That's the line in the sand where large leak territory begins. While it is a very conservative line in the sand....the further you go above it the increased potential for the machine to run into trouble sensing, recording and responding to apnea even...

Your leak management needs some serious improvements. It's bad enough that the machine could be missing apnea events so that nice low AHI might be inaccurate. What mask are you using? I am using AirFit™ F30 Small size. I tend not to wear it very tightened as I cannot sleep when it pressures my face...
