Re: boil and bite mouthguard question
Depending on the mouthguard, it can take valuable tongue space in your mouth, forcing it back into your throat, and, possibly, causing more apneas. So just make sure it doesn't cause problems.

Re: Newbie questions
Is it safe to boil my p30i mask in baking soda? I'm not certain it's made out of silicone. I'd love to get rid of the smell, it would make falling asleep so much easier. Can I do it with the hose? No! Don't boil these items. Alright:)) Any tips on how to offgas these faster? I tried soaking in vine...

Re: Chinese torture
I lost 75 pounds, from 300 lbs down to 225 pounds and my apnea went away. Unfortunately I gained the weight back so now here I am again. For me the apnea went away pretty quickly but that might be because I was on a really restrictive diet and wasn’t nearly as congested as before. What diet did you...

Re: How to remove perfume smell from inside machine.
Whatever you do, do NOT spend on a 'cleaner thing', especially one that uses ozone! SoClean's in court trying to prove they don't scam people, but that's all they do. The machines do nothing useful except wreck your Cpap (ResMed and other mfgrs advise against using them or forfeit your warranty), p...

Sorry, Pugsy! I'll keep to my thread Now if you ever start a targeted therapy thread....where you post images of detailed reports and want follow up...I will insist on those staying in one thread. Nothing annoys me more than someone coming with a thread...here's night number one results what do you...

Aaaand onto the ignore list you go. it took you THIS long? oh yeah, you haven't been active here for a spell. Well, you know, sometimes it takes a little longer to be reasonably sure about what is,and isn't, a waste of time, being a smart ass towards those that have previously tried to help i...

Right up front and center.   You know that sleepyHead tutorial that needs to be redone. I am fast coming to the poi...

Re: TiMin on Vauto
I'd say we should all just ignore all the random thought threads from people like this, but you and I both know that kind of coordination will never happen here.   from the sticky thread: Even if you just have a lot of different questions specific to you and there will probably be m...

Re: Newbie questions
Is there a way to make the air a little cooler on this machine? I don't have a heated hose. I didn’t find anything in settings, maybe I missed it?
Also, what's the best way to clean the hose?
