I don't know of any way to train the body to do something that is more of an automatic reflex like breathing. In general the body wants to nose breathe because that's how we were made and the mouth breathing comes about more out of a physical thing...need to because the nose breathing doesn't move ...

Also for clarification, my results have got better over time, with pressure increases, but still the results in how i'm feeling do not change.
