last night I tried to switch back to my nose pillow mask and using a mouth strap.
I had better sleep but I think I had few leaks.
My fitbit was showing an excellent 90 score that I have never achieved before but it did show a high Oxygen variation round 2-3 a clock.

Are there any good full face masks you would recommend. I am not fully happy with the full face mask I have. I have noticed as soon as I cranked the pressure up I have a lot of issues with fitting and leakages.

For sure it was not a continuous sleep and I had a lot of tossing, I got up round 5 with a pain in my back, and since than it was a tossing marathon interrupted by some sleep.

Miss Emerita you are right, I just figured out this morning that Neurexan has lactose. I am lactose intolerant and that explains all the nausea bloating and stomach discomfort I was having.
