is that what you mean by "Flex exhale relief setting to max of 3"
if so that means I am already at the maximum settings

Re: Stomach issues with cpap
HI all, Thank you all for your support. Last night I set my mask tighter and that solved the mask leaks. This is the first time I get an AHI below 5 on my dream station. So to summarize what I needed to do : _ Changed the pressure from 6-8 to 8-20 _ I switched back to nasal pillow mask and mouth str...

Re: Stomach issues with cpap
last night I tried to switch back to my nose pillow mask and using a mouth strap.
I had better sleep but I think I had few leaks.
My fitbit was showing an excellent 90 score that I have never achieved before but it did show a high Oxygen variation round 2-3 a clock.

Re: Stomach issues with cpap
thank you for the reply.
Are there any good full face masks you would recommend. I am not fully happy with the full face mask I have. I have noticed as soon as I cranked the pressure up I have a lot of issues with fitting and leakages.

Re: Stomach issues with cpap
Hi Julie Actually I changed the minimum setting round 1 am to 6 cmH2O. you can ignore everything before 1 am because I was wearing the mask but could not fall to sleep. What I find interesting is that there were events recorded before 1 am even though I was not asleep (At least as long as I remember...

Re: Stomach issues with cpap
Hi Julie,
Sorry I did not mean to be annoying.
I am planning to give it a try already tonight. I am just wondering If I should directly set the pressure all the way to 20 or set it somewhere to 15.

Re: Stomach issues with cpap
Does it make sense to set my pressure higher (e.g. 12 or 15 ) and see if I get an significant improvements with my AHI?

Re: Stomach issues with cpap
Last night and this morning were a nightmare. I did not take Nurexan for the entire day. before going to bed and while brushing my teeth my heart rate was jumping to 150. I had to lay in bed so it calms down. I woke up at 2 am and could not get back to sleep. My sleep was disrupted the entire night....

Re: Stomach issues with cpap
thank you all for your amazing help and advice.
Miss Emerita you are right, I just figured out this morning that Neurexan has lactose. I am lactose intolerant and that explains all the nausea bloating and stomach discomfort I was having.
