Re: 26 y/o female w/ suspected UARS. OSCAR data help
You need to have a titration (blood/oxygen concentration) study first before you consider a Bi level machine. The study will determine with Adapitve bilevel adjustments to see whether or not further studies need to be done.

Not fond of home sleep study for one.... and a titration would be a good idea. I have to go next month for a split CAPA/bi level titration.

He knows what he's saying... you've been asked politely before to please not post (yet) especially to other newbies, why can't you just do that? And who are you?? Obviously you don't know who I am? Do you? Are you people that rude? I gave her basic things to do. And you really want to break my chop...

It was an example.... don't stir the pot unless you really know for sure what you are saying.... saying less might be better for you. What's the date on the OSCAR chart for the 14.7 AHI?

Re: 26 y/o female w/ suspected UARS. OSCAR data help
Since your AHI is where it is, in time you can make them drop....... comfort is a big part of it. Wouldn't touch your pressures. Bedding: pillow, temp of your body while in bed, drop the covers add the covers, wherever you are comfortable, it's something you have to figure out. Sleep positioning. On...

awakening and or arousals.....which central apnea casues, is what you have and my charts also have that, however, keep your eyes on them. Your pattern on your breathing is erratic. I'm sure others can show CA's of the norm. the screenshot I just sent, is close, for my normal breathing, as I can get,...

Re: Liquicell Multiple Use
if I said to use one that doesn't ride the bridge and you're good to go, then yes then you would be right that everyone is different. Your bridge on your nose prevents it from sliding across your face when lying on your side, when you drift off to sleep and your face sinks into your pillow and you t...

Re: Newbie needs help with Oscar interpretation- AHI Rising
you slept before 3 and you woke up at 5 pm and then went back at 10 pm till 8 am. Taking a nap that close to bedtime is not good. You need a regimate. Same time to bed same time up as close as you can. So a nap can be taken very early in the day, it seems it was a good distance before settling down ...

Re: Liquicell Multiple Use
no but if it bothers you then you need to make a change. There are face masks that don't run up the bridge of your nose, however, if you are a side sleeper, then the masks that don't ride the bridge, tend to slip and leak. My observation. If you can sleep on your back or prop yourself up then you ar...

to see if they are... legit, and to keep your eye out if they happen to get worse. If not they most likely are awaken/arousals
