Re: SleepMaster macOS Java Update Problem

Yikes! I got all excited with all the responses at first thinking I might have the answer in there but alas, no. While no longer a developer, I am in the software industry and know with certainty a Java app requires at least a JRE to run lol. There's clearly some kind of permissions issue at play wi...

SleepMaster macOS Java Update Problem

So yesterday I updated to version Java 8 Update 271 on macOS 10.15.7. SleepMaster seemed ok. Now today when attempting to launch I get this:

But I actually am running it from the Documents folder:

Any ideas?

Re: AirSense™ 10 AutoSet turns itself off

This has happened to me several times over the past 6 months but certainly not nightly. Horrible when it does happen tho

Low SpO2 at altitude

So I live at about 900 ft of elevation and my O2 averages between 94 and 96% each night. The past few days I was in Colorado at about 9000' and my O2 averaged 88% Did I just have a really bad night or was I really struggling with the altitude or was my pulse ox recorder malfuncitoning? 11-20...

I don't worry so much about numbers as I do about how I sleep and feel.
Actually I did wake up feeling great. I’ve fully acclimated to the AirTouch F20. As I wake up I don’t even feel it’s there. Weird but nice.

Re: Early Pressure Blast

Update: I've actually been able to fall asleep on my side now and the results are significant. No more repeated CA's as I fall asleep and my overall numbers are noticeably improved as well. Last night had a first-ever AHI of 0.00 to boot.

Re: Early Pressure Blast

Just as a follow up in case anyone ever reads this thread I deliberately started sleeping on my side and I no longer see quite the same Mt. Everest sized blast. Looks like starting on my back closes my throat quickly.

Hope this helps!

I wouldn't worry about the FLs. Sometimes killing them causes more problems than they cause.
Where can I read more about flow limits? Is that where the airway is getting restricted due to the relaxing tongue & throat, but short of a full closure?

Re: Early Pressure Blast

On your back...worse position in the world for making OSA worse but sometimes we can't sleep in any other position. Do you ever wake up on your side? That might explain the difference in pressure needs and respiration pattern. If you can comfortably sleep on your side...try starting the night out o...

Re: Early Pressure Blast

We need to figure out why you have so much FL, when you start your therapy. Agreed! But how? Are your nasal passages clogging up? Is your initial head placement on your pillow creating a limitation on the airway? Is your sleep position different? Are you taking any kind of medication or sleep-aid? ...
