Hi, I have the N30i and love it. No noise at all, except if I take a really deep breath I can hear the air entering if this is what you mean?? I do have quite shallow breaths but I find it great. The input hose at the top gives me free movement. I tried the F30i and hated it. Never tried any others ...

Hi, i use to see this "pink slime" in Pathology machines when servicing. It's called pseudomonas "Pseudomonas bacteria tend to live and breed in water, soil, and damp areas.
