Re: My introduction
Guys, as usual, you are awesome with the support and advice. I'll be sure to get some OSCAR data posted this weekend.

Re: My introduction
Okay, so I'm at work and don't have my data with me so I can't show any of that right now but I wanted to provide an update. The memory foam face mask is working well. I have very few leaks throughout any given night (often none) and I don't even have to run the leak test before I start my therapy a...

Re: My introduction
Cool. I'll do that. Thanks for looking into it for me. Here is my pressure from last night then. I think changing it to 8 made a lot of sense. Less time in the zone where not much help was being provided. The machine adjusted up fairly quickly according to the previous graphs but why make it do that...

Re: My introduction
Oh, so the time I slept from 5:30am to noon would be counted as yesterday's sleep session? I did change the clock on the machine while I was in the clinician settings because they had it set to east coast time and I'm on the west coast. Maybe I shouldn't have messed with that. But it sounds like thi...

Re: My introduction
So I'm looking at my OSCAR data because I made some changes before sleeping and then had a pretty good sleep. I won't say today was an AH-HAH moment but I'm not actually tired right now after sleeping which is a step in the right direction. I did change my minimum to 8 after looking at my history an...

Re: My introduction
Thanks for the feedback, everyone. I will try to address all questions after I sleep. I just got home from work and am about to crash. But one question that comes to mind right off the bat is regarding the minimum pressure. I appreciate the link to the clinician manual. I will download and read thro...

Re: My introduction
Thanks for asking! I'll try to keep this somewhat brief but no guarantees. I got the AirFit mask thing. The one with the memory foam. That solved my nose problem. I love the mask. It's so much more comfortable than the standard silicone one. Surprisingly, it's easier for me to get a good seal with i...

Re: My introduction
I appreciate that advice. I definitely don't know how to change the pressures but if you could message me instructions, I'd be willing to do so. I know this is very little data to go on but again, I'll update after getting more. To answer your question, the 5 hours is pretty much all I slept those d...

Re: My introduction
Working through the first week. Trying to get used to it. I'm not sleeping enough but I'm sure I'll get used to it soon. Figured I'd run an OSCAR report even though it's only for 4 days of data. Here's what I'm working with. I'm not yet sure what it all means but I'll read up more on it when my brai...

Re: My introduction
Dang, you all are awesome. I appreciate all of the tips and encouragement. I have OSCAR downloaded and installed. Just wanted to wait for the weekend when I get full night's of sleep to have more data before running any reports. I'll post some stuff on Monday to get more feedback. I'll look into all...

Re: My introduction
Okay, so I'm two days in (FedEx showed up shortly after my post). It's an adjustment for sure. Here's been my experience so far. Day 1 - Took a while to get a seal but the green smiley face finally showed up. I woke up 3 hours and 47 minutes after going to sleep to use the restroom and then in my sl...

My introduction
Hello, all. I'm new here and am just about to start CPAP therapy. I've been reading through all of the threads for newbies and there is a treasure trove of information on this forum. I applaud you all for that and appreciate the community you have built here. I was actually diagnosed with OSA about ...
