latest night in CPAP. I have been bouncing around from 1.9 - 3 AHI. I mostly feel more rested but still wake up a few times in the night. Only took the mask off once! so I think I am getting a handle on this. I think I need better sleep hygiene which has suffered because of an unsteady work schedule...

My AHI was 2.97 which I am very happy with for first use. Would love to get rid of the snoring for good!

first night on the dreamstation auto.

I think this was a pretty good first night and I feel fairly well rested but still woke up a few times.

I'm still not sure on how to interpret all the OSCAR data.

Any insights?
