I have the resmed for her too, which i love though i use the dreamwear nose cushion headgear from phillips. The perfect combo for me! Since i got the VirtuClean 2 recently, it's now being cleaned regularly too

I can't sleep in any other position with my cpap. The gear makes it uncomfortable. But i don't worry about it, i get way better sleep with my cpap on my back than without it on my preferred position, which is my tummy.
