Thank you for your reply Chris. I've contacted Medistrom, they say it could be a cell issue, they've given me steps to follow to see if it can be revived. Otherwise it will need replacing. Not sure about the cost of shipping it for repair, might have to buy a new battery, unfortunately, bar a miracle.
