You are managing this part of your sleep therapy well. The next step is determining what else you can do besides data that will give you peace enough to rest and sleep. There is nothing in your software reports that is standing up screaming "fix me and you will sleep better". Also, sleep maintenance insomnia seems to be associated with poor sleep preparation related to behavior, but I do a good job of staying active and prepping my room for a good nights sleep.
