My sleep is bad and lasts a short amount of time, but I just want to have my data looked at and if anything is notable, could someone please point the findings out to me.

Also, sleep maintenance insomnia seems to be associated with poor sleep preparation related to behavior, but I do a good job of staying active and prepping my room for a good nights sleep.
