I know while I was on a dreamstation I had to be at 16 cm h2o or above to eliminate most things and had quite a bit of upper airway resistance and got switched to a Resmed Aircurve 10 vauto and it knocked most of those out and lowered my overall pressure needed with EPAP and IPAP and the PS.

Congratulations on reducing snoring! Is this with side sleeping? I went to bed on my side not sure how much of the night was spent that way but I woke up on my back. Saw my sleep Dr yesterday and got a script for Aircurve 10 Vauto so here's hoping that helps with the residual hypopneas and such.
