so if your conditions change you're prepared for it..... why wait for it to happen? It's the best way to go ... buy one or insulate it.

You may or may not ever need a heated hose or hose cover with an increase in humidity. A lot of factors come into play....Ambient room humidity....ambient bedroom air temp....where you route the hose even because some people like to route it under the bed covers and the covers themselves helps keep...

Fingers crossed for tonight then! Do most people use a heated hose? Are they worth the money? you have to have a heated hose (or insulate it) if you have a humidifier, otherwise the humidified water (steam) will condense in the hose due to cooler temp. air on the outside of the hose. As you increase your minimum, you head off some number of potential events before they happen. When you have fewer events, your machine will have fewer reasons to crank up the pressure.
