Re: How to generate compliance report from airsense 10 for medical/insurance purposes?

Most likely your insurance company won't know about SleepyHead/OSCAR and won't care to know. They would probably only trust ResScan. ResScan is Windows only though...it's easy to get though..you can find out how over on the apneaboard.com forum. Must be logged in though to find it. Now you could do...

How to generate compliance report from airsense 10 for medical/insurance purposes?

Hi, I want to see if I can generate compliance report for my airsence 10 for like say insurance purposes if needed, to justify that I am >70% compliant with cpap for each day over 4hrs usage. Is this something that can be done using sleepy head, or do I have to find a way to install the resmed softw...

Do I have a need to switch from CPAP to Bilap?

Hi guys, My diagnosed AHI via sleep study was 59. So far I have been using Airsense for her pressure setting 7.2- 7.6 (EPR off) with the P10 nasal pillow. Since using this combo for half a year now I am still having issues overall with comfort and wakes up intermittently in the middle of the night a...

(for Canadians) Is "Severe" sleep apnea eligible for disability benefits?

Hi All, I am located in BC, and would like to know if "Severe" sleep apnea at say >50AHI would be eligible for any disability benefits? Have anyone gone through the application process? thanks

First night's issue with bleep dreamport

Hi All, After my constant comfort struggle with P10 since March, I finally bled my wallet dry for the bleep dreamport and tried it out for the first time yesterday night. I first rewatched leftylanky(Jason's) youtube review on the bleep again before going through the steps of installing this onto my...

Throw it in the wash and it will shrink back.

Alternatively, you can use the N30 headband with is similar to the P10 (and fits the P10), but has an adjustment clasp.
Thanks will try, is it the washing that makes it shrink, or the drying? thanks

Resmed P10 for her headband

Good morning all hope you are all doing well. Lately I have felt increased discomfort with wearing my p10, and woke up more often in the night due to leaking caused by the nasal pillow coming loose. I just opened up a new headband for comparison, and looks like the one I have been using have been st...

Re: My SH graph- feedback appreciated

Thank you Khauser,

No alcohol. Just 5mg zolpidem prescribed for sleep aid prior to sleep.

Where does it show that my sleep cycle was only around 90 minutes?

My SH graph- feedback appreciated

Good Morning All, Currently I am using P10 as my mask. I thought this is one of my least "leaky" masks out of n30i and dreamwear, but it seem like I am still having problem waking up in the middle of the night- and I am not sure if there is anything else I can do about this. In general I am still ve...

Anyone take zolpidem/Ambien here?

For the last 3 months I have been consecutively taking zolpidem to help me get to sleep. I started with the 10mg dose and is now currently on the 5mg dose version, just so if I do wake up in the middle of the night I can take another 5mg. I have tried going without them (or replace with malatonin) b...

Have you not tried Padacheek.com 'liners'?
I did, but the pads are literally adding extra weight and additional contact surface to my face lol.

Need recommendation for minimal skin contact masks

Hi, I have tried the dreamwear, N30i and P30i- all of those feels like there is too much stuff touching my face. I sleep slightly better now that I went back to old skool P10 but I would still need to put lanolin into my nostrils each night. I see that this forum mentions Bleep but unfortunately at ...

Re: Resmed N30 sizing guide, how to print it out correctly?

The ONLY reason that mask manufacturers have come up with their suggested replacement schedule is simply because that's how often most insurance will pay for a replacement of whatever part per the replacement allowance schedule. The proverbial cash cow. Money, money, money. My insurance in Canada o...

Resmed N30 sizing guide, how to print it out correctly?

I feel stupid.... am looking at resmed's sizing guide for n30 on pdf- how to figure out how to print it out correct to scale? is it sized for letter sized paper? such a terrible idea for them to sell n30 without a fit pack...argh https://www.resmed.com/content/dam/resmed/global/documents/products/Ma...

hose-bacteria filters, scam gadget or a necessary item?

Have anyone been using bacterial filters such as these? https://www.cpapoutlet.ca/en/Product/Vi ... -6301/1655

I see that on my airsense 10's settings menu there is actually a section for "AB filter". Are these filters useful for anyone here or not really? thanks
